Please note: Your reservation will only be confirmed once you have received an email with confirmation information. You are not guaranteed your room preference, but you will be reserved a room that will be adequate for your number of attendees if available. Please note, the organizer of the meeting is responsible for leaving the room in order for the next meeting group.
Lakes Region Community Services (LRCS) will allow other non profits to use the Bank of NH Conference Rooms, if the rooms are open and not already reserved. For other non-profits, during normal business hours, there will be no fee for the use of the room. For non business hours (after 4:30 pm and weekends) there will be a $50 charge for the use of the room. For-profit organizations, who are not current donors of LRCS, there is a $100 charge for the use of the room. Evening use of the room must conclude by 9:00 p.m. The person/organization must provide LRCS with a Certificate of Insurance, naming LRCS “Additionally Insured” prior to using the room.
